Not so comfortable night

Staff was helpful when I asked for assistance.

The blanket for the bed is just a thin bedsheet. I wondered if that was supposed to be a blanket or was it just missing.

Faded grandeur not outweighed by great service

This was booked as it was in the Lonely Planet book. However, whilst the service was great, and there was nothing wrong, there really wasn't anything right. Eg the location is 10 mins from everywhere

Room layout - bed was SO close to the window, you couldnt get out! Breakfast, was a good spread but most things were cold. Location - not really close to anything

Nothing ! Horrible experience! We felt cheated.

First of all, it’s a guest house not a hotel. We didn’t like the fact that it was listed as a hotel on booking.com. All the reviews are deceiving! And they are selling it as a trap in my opinion. Bed was not comfortable and room smelled damp. Extremely bad quality bathroom amenities (shampoo, shower gel) which we couldn’t use. I have been using booking.com for a long time and never felt this bad for trusting this website. Stuffs do not understand English properly and was not helpful. We exchanged currency from them which was grossly higher than other places in entire Vietnam, they offered us very expensive taxi services to Bana Hills and Hoi An compared to local grab, took 25 min for check out process since the reception stuffs didn’t know how to use credit card properly and finally it was sorted out with the intervention of the manager who also needed my instruction on how to insert the credit card on the machine, made us wait for long time to check the mini bar even when we asked to check the room 30 min before we got down to check out, as a result we were late at the airport.

A clean modern boutique hotel in a great location. Value for money.

It is the second time I have stayed at Orange Hotel. The staff are excellent. The customer service first rate. Its the little things that make a difference, and the team at Orange go out of their way to make sure they deliver.

Excellent customer service, hotel and location

I have never been to a hotel were the staff will go out of their way to please you. Nothing was too much trouble . We had a problem with our air conditioning and we mentioned it at breakfast ,within 15 minutes we had a different room. Great advice for dining out. We could not decide what to do one day and within minutes found information, price and trip itinerary . We had planned to stay one night but stayed two nights. Breakfast was amazing. Highly recommend staying here.

Truly cared for.

The staff were the biggest attraction of the Orange. They all seemed like a big happy family, and they were extremely kind and attentive to us. From the complimentary tea and fruit on our arrival, to the care the owner took to introduce himself to us at breakfast and his gift of ‘king tea’, we felt very spoilt. It was so nice that we chose to stay at the sister hotel in Hoi An, even though it meant cancelling a booking we’d made to stay elsewhere. The Orange has made me want to come back to beautiful Da Nang.

Very friendly and high class service. Great value for money.

Fantastic experience and customer service from the staff at Orange Hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the city and provides easy access by foot or taxi to all the sights and places of interest in Da Nang. The rooms are clean and comfortable with all the room and service facilities you would expect from a higher class hotel, making it great value for money. I felt safe, welcome and appreciated by the staff who would go out of their way to ensure the basics and more were attended to.

There was nothing I didn't like. Orange Hotel is simply great value for money.

Fantastic experience with the staff.

Fantastic experience with the staff. They were very quick with the check-in process and helpful with any queries I had. The hotel is in a prime location of Da Nang allowing for easy access to local street food and night life.

The bathroom was a slight disappointment. Upon mounting the shower head on the wall it would rotate to the left and face the wall. I had to shower by holding the shower head above my head. I raised the issue with the staff upon checking out and they reassured me that they would sort it out for before their next guest arrives.
